May 22, 2023,
Do this for looks and health.
Do it for your ego.
Do it to fit better in your clothes.
Whatever the case, you should do it. And do it a lot.
What is it?
Work your stomach muscles. Work those Abs. Truly.
Look at an example as to why.
Maybe it was at the mall. Possibly in an office. You were invited to a wedding. As often the case, the room is crowded, filled with young people who may want to get married themselves.
At any rate, you look over and see someone really good looking. They are sitting down, well dressed and manicured.
You are single and ready to mingle. You smile inwardly. There may be some strong possibilities here.
Then they stand up.
The excitement needle plummets. Why?
They have a pot belly. Doesn’t matter if it is large or small one, it is not a good indicator. Nor is it sexy.
See what we mean?
So, what about you? Do you practice sit ups? Go walking or running? The two go hand in hand. Think about sit ups. There is a right way to do them without injuring yourself.
Can we help? We are happy to.
Time for a video.
We like this one tons. She is very clear about how to do a proper sit up and she looks great performing it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fbU_MkV7NE
The video is exceptionally produced by the team at LIVESTRONG.
They proclaim, “Welcome! LIVESTRONG.COM is a new online destination designed to inspire people to change their lives, help themselves and help others.”
We certainly can get behind that message. Our stomach muscles can too.
The video on performing the proper sit up was very helpful. We desire more.
Sometimes it is also good to get inspired and imitate someone who is known for show casing an exceptional fitness product. We know of just the person.
Meet Louisa Drake. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7XXMadCU9E
That was an incredible Ab workout video. Time for a closer look at https://www.louisadrake.com/

She certainly can inspire.
That was the video shelf. Speaking of shelves, let’s walk over to the bookstore.
