She has something that you want.
Badly.
You have something that she wants.
Maybe.
How do you confirm and find out?
Negotiate.
People negotiate daily, often without considering it a negotiation.
Negotiations is a dialogue between two or more parties to resolve points of difference, gain an advantage for an individual or collective, or craft outcomes to satisfy various interests.
The parties aspire to agree on matters of mutual interest.
In the example above, the possibility of romance.
The agreement can be beneficial for all or some of the parties involved.
The negotiators should establish their own needs and wants while also seeking to understand the wants and needs of others involved to increase their chances of closing deals, avoiding conflicts, forming relationships with other parties, or maximizing mutual gains.
Distributive negotiations, or compromises, are conducted by putting forward a position and making concessions to achieve an agreement. The degree to which the negotiating parties trust each other to implement the negotiated solution is a major factor in determining the success of a negotiation.
Oh, how that is true.
First, we would like to share our point of view and experiences, then we will turn you over to the experts.
Negotiations is about getting what you want.
Hopefully the other party gets what they want as well.
When you bargain from a position of strength, then you tend to win the negotiations.
Interested in the above beautiful girl? We ask you a simple question.
Have you been working out at the gym?
Do you have a high paying job?
Do you own an impressive property?
If you say “yes” to the above three questions, your negotiating power has increased.
If you say “yes” to two of the three questions, your negotiation power has decreased but is still okay.
If you say “no” to all of the above questions, you’re in trouble.
We need to add this factor in.
What is your age?
Beautiful women, young and middle age, have made it clear they enjoy sex. If you are young and athletic, your choices of women explodes. If you are older, and especially above sixty, nature diminishes your negotiating position to almost nil.
Simply put, when it is time to negotiate, improve your bargaining power by increasing your assets.
Let’s turn to television.
Ransom is an internationally co-produced drama television series created by David Vainola and produced by Frank Spotnitz, starring Luke Roberts, that began airing on CBS.
The series follows Eric Beaumont, an experienced crisis and hostage negotiator, and his team, who solve kidnap and ransom cases involving the most dangerous criminals in the world.
The series is inspired by the real life negotiators Laurent Combalbert and Marwan Mery.
We loved this show.
What we liked the most was the negotiating style of Mr. Beaumont. This project paid a lot of attention to detail and gave us a bird’s eye view of what it is like to negotiate in tough situations.
In your personal life, right now, what is your major negotiation process?
Why don’t we walk over to the book store? It might help your situation.

We love Liza. She is an incredible talent and if she says Life is a Cabaret, unfortunately we see life as something else. Something closer to dystopian.
But you know what, in terms of that?
We’re willing to negotiate.
